Privacy Policy

ResumeGalore is operated by Maestro Media Group. For anything in this policy, including requests to access or delete your data, contact hello@maestromediax.com.

• Account data. When you sign in we receive your email address. If you sign in with Google, Google sends us your email address, name and profile picture. We never receive or see your Google password.
• Résumé profile data. Everything you type into your profile: name, contact details, work history, education, skills, summary and any other content you add so it can appear on your résumé.
• Payment data. If you buy a download, our payment processor collects your payment details. See below.
• Basic technical data. Standard server and security logs, such as IP address and browser type, generated when you use the site.

We use your account data to sign you in and to send you service-related email. We use your résumé profile data for a single purpose: rendering your résumé in the designs you choose and producing the PDF you download. We use technical data to keep the service running and secure.

We do not use your résumé content to train machine learning models, and we do not use it for advertising.

Your account and résumé profile data are stored in our database hosted by Supabase, which also handles authentication. Supabase processes this data on our behalf under its own security and privacy terms.

Payments are processed by Stripe. We do not collect, receive or store your card number, CVC or full payment details at any point. Those go directly to Stripe, which is a PCI-compliant payment provider. We receive only what we need to recognise a completed purchase, such as a transaction reference, the amount, and whether the payment succeeded.

Transactional email — sign-in links, receipts and account notices — is delivered through Resend on our behalf. To send you a message, Resend necessarily processes your email address. We do not send marketing email unless you have asked us to.

We share personal data only with the service providers that make ResumeGalore work: Supabase (database and authentication), Stripe (payments), Resend (email), and our hosting provider. Each acts as a processor on our instructions.

We do not sell your personal data, and we do not share it with advertisers or data brokers. We may disclose data if we are legally required to, for example in response to a valid legal request.

We keep your account and profile data for as long as your account exists, so that your profile is still there next time you sign in. We keep records of purchases for as long as we need them for tax and accounting purposes.

You can ask us to delete your account and everything in it at any time. Email hello@maestromediax.com from the address on your account and we will delete your account data and résumé profile data. We will confirm once it is done.

You can also ask us for a copy of the personal data we hold about you, or ask us to correct it if it is wrong. Depending on where you live you may have additional rights under laws such as the GDPR or the CCPA, including the right to complain to your local data protection authority.

ResumeGalore is not intended for children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect their personal data.

If we change this policy we will update the effective date at the top of this page. If the change is significant, we will tell you by email or in the app.
