Terms of Service

ResumeGalore lets you enter your professional details once and generate a résumé from them in a range of designs. You can preview designs for free; downloading a finished PDF without a watermark is a paid feature.

You need an account to build a profile. You are responsible for keeping access to your email secure, because anyone who can read your email can request a sign-in link. Tell us promptly if you think someone else has access to your account.

You must be at least 16 to use ResumeGalore, and the details you enter must be yours to use.

You keep ownership of everything you put into your profile. You grant us only the permission we need to operate the service: to store your content, render it into the designs you pick, and generate your PDF.

You are responsible for the accuracy of what you enter. You agree not to upload content that is unlawful, that impersonates someone else, or that infringes another person’s rights.

When you pay for a download, we grant you a perpetual, worldwide, non-exclusive licence to use that generated résumé for your own personal job-seeking purposes. That includes printing it, emailing it, and submitting it to employers and job boards.

That licence does not let you:

• resell, sublicense or redistribute the résumé or the design;
• use our designs or templates as part of a competing résumé product, template pack or service;
• generate résumés on behalf of other people as a commercial service, unless we agree in writing.

The underlying designs, templates, code and branding remain ours. The content you typed remains yours.

Prices are shown before you pay. Payments are handled by Stripe; we do not store your card details.

Because a résumé PDF is a digital product delivered immediately, all sales are final once the file has been downloaded, and we do not offer refunds after that point. Where the law gives you a non-waivable right to a refund, that right still applies and these terms do not override it.

If something goes wrong — the file fails to generate, you were charged twice, or the download is broken — email hello@maestromediax.com and we will put it right, including refunding you where a refund is the fair outcome.

We aim to keep ResumeGalore available and working, but we provide it on an as-is basis. We do not promise it will be uninterrupted or error-free, and we may change, suspend or discontinue features. We may suspend accounts that abuse the service or breach these terms.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Maestro Media Group is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses, or for lost profits, lost opportunities or lost data arising from your use of ResumeGalore. In particular, we are not responsible for hiring outcomes: we do not guarantee that a résumé generated here will get you an interview or a job.

Where liability cannot be excluded, our total liability to you for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose.

Nothing in these terms limits liability for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited.

We may update these terms. If we do, we will update the effective date at the top of this page, and we will tell you about significant changes by email or in the app. Continuing to use the service after a change means you accept the updated terms.
